GARRI (EBA): Made from dry granulated cassava serve with any type of soup meat or fish.
POUNDED YAM: Boiled yam pounded into the dough is eaten with any type of soup.
AMALA (BLACK OR WHITE): is made with fermented yam flour and eaten with any type of soup.
OATMEAL: From grinded whole oat groats stir in boiling water into fine paste loaded with natural nutrients and eaten with any type of soup.
